SCOPE OF WORK: This Project is to replace existing roof-top HVAC equipment with new equipment, completely reroof the entire school, and to provide all periphery works as required in the Contract Documents. The scopes of work to be completed include, but are not limited to, the following: Selective Demolition, Masonry Repairs, Rough Carpentry, Membrane Roofing, Translucent Sandwich Panel Systems (Skylight Replacement), Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and Fire Alarm Systems.
