ROGERS ISD - MIDDLE SCHOOL AND HIGH SCHOOL - ADDITIONS AND RENO

SCOPE OF WORK:

• High School:  This Project is to relocate the existing MDF room to new Room B113 - MDF and to relocate the existing electrical service to new service location. These relocations are to allow for the complete demolition of the existing portion of Rogers High School that is to be demolished within this GMP-1 bid package. The scopes of work to be completed at Rogers High School include, but are not limited to, the following: Structural & Building Demolition, Selective Demolition, Selective Salvaging & Reuse/Relocation of Existing Materials/Components, Masonry, Rough Carpentry, Roofing Modifications, Doors/Frames/Door Hardware, Gypsum Board Assemblies, Sealed Concrete Finishing, Painting, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, & Communications Systems.

• Middle School:  This Project is to renovate the existing Middle School entry vestibule into a secured entry vestibule. The scopes of work to be completed at Rogers Middle School include, but are not limited to, the following: Selective Demolition, Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel Framing & Metal Fabrications, Stainless Steel Railings, Rough Carpentry, PLAM Architectural Cabinets & Solid Surface Countertops, Thermal & Moisture Protection, Sprayed & Foamed-In-Place Insulation, Doors/Frames/Door Hardware, Aluminum-Framed Entrances & Storefronts, Glazing & Security Films, Gypsum Board Assemblies & Ceilings, Tiling, Flooring & Accessories, Painting, Signage, Toilet Accessories, Overhead Canopies, Residential Appliances, Roller Window Shades, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Communications Systems, Audio/Visual Systems, Paging Systems, Synchronized Clock Systems, Electronic Access Control Systems, and Fire Detection & Alarm Systems.
